4. Creating an Enabling Environment to reduce stigma & discrimination.

* Conducting One to One sessions, group sessions,
* Counseling for Positives and family members, friends and relatives.
* Providing medical, nutritional and moral support
* Linking with governmental and on non-governmental organisations
