Similarly, for the year 2001-2002, a revised scheme of IEC intervention was carried out
supported by the Department of ISM & H, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Government of India, New Delhi. Under this revised scheme apart from Yoga classes
for primary school children and Farmers orientation for cultivation of medicinal
plants all other activities like Community Awareness Meeting, Training/Workshop
for practitioners and Health Mela were almost similar. The Field NGOs supported

It is a project basically advocacy in nature. Our attempt is to create an
awareness on Indian Systems of Medicine and its optimal utilisation by the
community in dealing with diseases and ailments. It is hoped that with our
